  EZ Rankings is extremely disappointing. The services did not deliver the quality that was promised. The company charges premium prices for services such as website design, SEO, and SMO, but the results fell far short of expectations. Despite significant investment, I did not see the level of progress, performance, or return that was discussed during the sales process. Communication was another major issue. It often felt difficult to get clear answers, timely updates, or meaningful support when concerns were raised. The team did not appear well-coordinated, and resolving issues took much longer than expected. I also felt that expectations were set very aggressively during the sales stage, but the actual delivery did not match those expectations. Promises regarding growth, rankings, and overall project outcomes seemed much stronger than what was ultimately achieved. For businesses considering SEO, SMO, or web development services, I would recommend asking detailed questions about deliverables, timelines, and measurable results before signing a contract. Based on my experience, I would not choose to work with this company again.

  Service quits unexpectedly, then they are difficult to contact and take a long time to fix, with more fees each time. Then trying to get custody of our website from them has taken 6 months to get them to agree and they are charging 1000 to cancel their services. I get in trouble with my boss for all this trouble. I feel scammed. The website was barely up to standards, with non-functional buttons and text that we wanted to have changed and couldn't get it changed. We're a small business and we never asked for this hassle.
