Had the extreme displeasure of wasting my time and money with these clowns. While interviewing for a state job, I was offered a very competitive salary. Two days before my start date I was informed by the HR manager Himanshu that the new offering would be$10,000 per year less.Not only did they expect me accept this ludicrous offer, they also made me pay for my own background checks. Now that there is no serious offer on the table, they don’t want to compensate me for the checks.I have made several offers to compromise, but I think that their idea of compromise is for me to smile and accept $10,000 less each year. I suggested a signing bonus to offset to difference. I offered a different salary. I offered to let them find a way to solve the problem, radio silence.This is a scam, or at the very least a bunch of lazy, inept individuals who have no concern for their employees.As a temp agency, they make money when we make money, so it’s supposed to be mutually beneficial. I’m glad I smelled this from a mile away, because if I’m having this much trouble now, what do I have to look forward to in the future? Paycheck problems, Tax evasion? Who knows? Crisis averted?

I was offered a Data Entry Clerk and went over and submit all the information, literally everything and now they said position withdrawn. No longer position exists. Such a waste of time, energy and big loss was I gave all my personal sensitive information. I talked to Raghu Nandan Sharma @ Gurleen Kaur plus Navneet Kaur. I would never apply company like this again. I will also report to security compliance company or maybe I should call Data Theft. Anyone looking this review if this happened to you let me know. I worked for Zillion Technologies remotely for almost 3 years as a Technical Recruiter. This is by far the best place I have ever worked. Never in my life have I ever worked ANYWHERE where I was treated like an adult, with respect and dignity, taken seriously for my experience, my efforts, my input, my thoughts and opinions, my suggestions, and my own health and personal life. Once COVID hit, I struggled hard with mental health and being able to keep up with my work, and I fell behind for a long while. But they were more than patient with me and understanding, and offered ways of helping me to not only succeed, but to all around just feel better and mentally be okay.The day the CEO wanted to speak to ME about MY thoughts or suggestions, I felt on top of the world. I felt so seen, heard, listened to, acknowledged, appreciated, RESPECTED. CEO's or higher ups in general are notorious for not taking their lower level employees all too seriously, or remembering they are even human beings at all, and I am more than familiar with this, but Zillion is absolutely nothing like that. Not even once in my time with them.Eventually my mental health and working remotely were not going hand in hand, and I was unable to continue with the company as I was falling behind trying to handle my own crazy life. I only say all this now, a year later after leaving Zillion, because I am sitting at my desk right now at my current place of employment, thinking about how insignificant I feel here, how demeaning my job feels, and how I can't even afford more than rent and food for just one person, and all I can think about is how good I had it with Zillion. I had everything I needed to have the perfect life I always wanted, and it was because of Zillion Technologies. I will never forget this titan of a company who saw me as a human being, and treated me as such. With a company like this you would think they'd consider making a professional appearance and image for their company. Hires for positions that do not exist. Imagine going through 2 sets of final interviews for 2 positions over the course of 2+ months that do not workout.
