Chimpare Design Lab helped us with a UI/UX research process, which included in-person interviews where they walked users through unboxing, connecting, and using the features of our smart air conditioner. In addition to the report, Momentum Design Lab also redesigned some parts of our app using Figma.The project required a very iterative process, so we required more than one discovery call to get started.
