The game development process started with the discussion of level design, after which Vlad and his team created the first demo version of our game. Vlad demonstrated exceptional organizational skills, hiring additional specialists such as programmers and consultants to further enhance the project. The initiative to create a second version of the game came from me, and Vlad actively supported this proposal. He attentively considered my wishes, coordinated the team's efforts, and prepared additional technical tasks for new challenges. Vlad also successfully adapted the characters for use in Unreal Engine and coordinated the development of game mechanics and NPC physics, including the creation of new game levels. Currently, Vlad is actively involved in refining the game, upgrading our characters. His professionalism, teamwork skills, and results-oriented approach make him an exceptional project manager and we will continue to work with him as long as we can! During my short tenure, I observed several deeply unprofessional practices that left a lasting negative impact on me: • Salaries were often delayed, without prior communication or explanation. • There were unexplained deductions in monthly salary, and any attempts to raise concerns were either ignored or dismissed by HR. • The HR department was shockingly rude. I personally witnessed employees being humiliated or emotionally broken when they decided to resign — some even left in tears. • No proper Full and Final Settlement (FNF) or professional offboarding process was followed. It’s like once you resign, you’re treated as if you never existed. • Even after resignation, the company continued to send intimidating and threatening emails and begging for small amount of money like 20k, showing a complete lack of empathy — especially towards people who were already in a tough personal or financial situation. If you’re considering joining, please rethink carefully. Make sure everything is documented in writing — verbal promises mean nothing here. A company’s real face shows not when you join, but when you try to leave. And unfortunately, this one shows zero professionalism, zero compassion, and zero respect for employees.

The taste is in my wheelhouse of Bourbons. Sweet, smooth vanilla, light Carmel. I hear you can get a bottle at COSTCO and i saw one on the shelf at the local convenience store in Gundo. I would recommend it.

Edit: When I checked the website I did not see the notice about the private event. If you say it was posted, then it was my fault for not being thorough. My company worked with them on a development project, investing close to $40K, only to have them hold our code hostage and demand more money before releasing it. We entered into the project with clear expectations and milestones, but as we progressed, Apptunix consistently delayed, under-delivered, and eventually refused to hand over the work we had already paid for unless we agreed to pay more. This kind of behavior is nothing short of extortion. It seems like their CEO and leadership are more interested in squeezing money out of clients than delivering quality work. Beyond the financial frustration, the skill level and talent from this team were not up to par. The development work was substandard, full of bugs, and lacked the quality we expected for the investment we made. I strongly urge anyone considering offshore development to do your due diligence or, better yet, reconsider offshore development altogether, as the experience in some regions, particularly India, seems to be in decline.
