The Discovery phase spanned several weeks, during which the Techtose team guided us through a series of insightful and challenging exercises that deeply enhanced our understanding of our product's requirements. We conducted an in-depth analysis of both local and international competitors and examined the technical aspects of our product's vision, identifying the key areas that needed the most attention.
The final deliverables included a comprehensive Scope document outlining the details of our Discovery phase, an initial UI/UX prototype, site maps, and an extensive user stories document.
