SiteSuite has a good pitch and promise a lot but my experience is they failed to deliver. Their accounts team is very efficient in following up though, even when they hadn't done anything. Firstly, after making an initial payment I had to chase them up to get some action. It was on me to initiate them to get the project started. I suspect you are dealing directly with a Philippino based persons so you have the associated difficulties with this. Secondly, they do not do Website Design, more Template Filling. My 'Design Meeting' was an email asking me to select which template I like. They simply then replicated my old website onto the new template. There was no discussion around what we hoped to achieve, who we were targeting, what we would like etc. There was no documented process. Thirdly you need to source all images and icons, which again demonstrates they are not about design. Quite a disappointing experience, frankly if you just want a template site you are better to go onto Fiverr or Upwork. If you do use them I’d suggest you make sure you get a documented project brief with tasks and timelines. I reached out to them to discuss but had no response, hence 2 stars.

I recently worked with Div on consolidating our Google accounts under a unique Google My Business account to optimise our Google listings and our visibility on Search and Map. They have constantly exceeded our expectations in all areas: depth of knowledge, wise recommendations, follow through and speed of answer. They are really a pleasure to deal with too. Site Suite also designed our website, and they continue to work with us to refine and improve our site, we recently added a search by truck function where our customers can enter their Truck models to find the matching spare part for their truck. The CMS is also flexible and easy to use. If I have any questions, I can always rely on their support team to help quickly or to organise a training. We are looking forward to work next year with Site Suite for future implementations such as a new User Interface, ecommerce and SEO.

I stuffed up timing but they brought me on after I had messed up timing, I told them I had a meeting at 10am they said that was fine. We were rushing through testing, I left when I had to. I followed up payment & they said I didn't meet their policy for testing: "For this one, you didn't complete the session. You hadn't done the homework task & you only participated for 10 minutes. Unfortunately, as per our policies, this made you ineligible for the incentive.". They shouldn't have brought me on then if they weren't going to pay me. I told them I had to leave at 10 am sharp. I am a small business owner, and I don’t write a negative review especially for another business but sometimes you have to call out the thugs so that others don’t have to go through your ordeal.We have been working tirelessly for over the past 3.5 years on a passion project of ours , a patented non-steroidal eczema care range.As parents of an eczema sufferer, we had invested everything we had to bring this business to life, and we trusted Elevate to get us some media exposure.As a small business investing $18K(plus GST) was a big financial commitment but we went ahead as we were made to believe that there work with EAA made them the “experts” in eczema care market.Micayla was our account manager. She was lovely to talk to but we also interacted with few other people as she had some leaves planned & eventually left the organization.Whilst our launch got delayed which meant that some time-lines of the project changed.We were promised five pieces of editorial coverage across online, print, TV and broadcast outlets for the launch campaign but we didn’t get even a single one.The excuse used by Elevate for not meeting those KPIs was that eczema wasn’t an area of interest for media outlets. Three (3) weeks after our website launch ACA ran an eczema story and within a month there was TV feature on skynews on World Atopic Eczema day (Sep 14) . There were several other media stories in the following month as Eczema is a condition on rise especially for babies.We paid Elevate almost $20K to get media exposure for our eczema brand and all they delivered was a media training for our CEO and some social media posts which we didn’t approve or use. What's more appalling than Elevate’s incompetence is the lack of accountability that Elevate demonstrated in this matter.Their director Mark Deacon was so unprofessional & rude when we asked for a partial refund as the KPIs weren’t delivered.Elevate’s incompetency costed us our brand launch and they didn’t even have the decency to apologize.As soon as we find some time we will take Elevate Communications to court. It is not just to get our money back but to deter such entities from swindling someone’s hard earned money and holding them accountable for the loss of opportunity. Taking a legal action against Elevate will not just be about seeking redress for the wronged; it’s about reinforcing the principle that ethical practices are non-negotiable.

Use this company at your peril. Taken over a year to produce our website, seem to know very little about ecommerce or SEO. Our online sales have dropped by 90%, still fighting to get a working product.
