My recommendation based on my experience with them is to avoid them at all costs. This was hands down the worst service and company I have ever had the displeasure of working with in my life. Multiple mistakes, extreme negligence, poor communication, gaslighting, denial, deflection, *undisclosed iPhone photos being presented as part of the shoot*, and *loss of $600+ worth of product which they never refunded me for.* The price point makes no sense for the level of professionalism and quality they provide. Don't let them gaslight you into thinking otherwise.

They are the worse studio and people to work with. Katherine and Jose are unprofessional, scammers, do not follow their own contracts and thieves. They also do not follow their own deadlines. After stealing my money, they kept all of my samples from the so call “product”photo shoot. If you want nothing but filters on your photos and not clear sharp photos, then they are perfect for your project.

Read there yelp reviews. We had a very successful event here, but once a problem about contract terms arose this team caused an uproar and trying to hold our equipment hostage to enforce an uncharge for storage. Very Criminal like and illegal. They ended up letting the doors open after a long day. But they are a mature group of immature business people.
