Working with Anthony (Tony) and the team at Feel Right Inc. was an incredible experience. As a startup, this was our first time building a video of this kind to support our upcoming marketing campaign, and Tony took the time to guide us and helped us understand all the production stages so we felt confident throughout the entire process. We are building Ahmi, a brand-new category of hardware product, and Anthony really took the time to understand our brand, what the product does, and our specific use cases for toddlers and infants. Because we were still in the MVP stage with our prototype, he was incredibly collaborative in figuring out how to effectively film the product. Through smart execution and creative direction, he ensured we could provide customers with an authentic, compelling view of exactly how the product functions in a real home environment. Finally, Tony was extremely open to iterating on the script and made smart adjustments to ensure the final video aligned perfectly with our startup's goals. Exceptional Team. This is our experience with Black Ops Agency, hopefully to those reading this will help and finding the right AV team for you. I recommend Black Ops Agency. Background: hosting an in-person austin event requiring microphones, speakers, and full recording with 4 angles. From the beginning of contact to the conclusion of the event, Wesley & Ramin were incredible. Their energy and attitude were attentive, patient, and intelligent. One of the most important parts I observed was the communication being CLEAR, and FAST. They were adjustable on everything, and affordable.* ------------------- Additional details from our experience: Pros: -We did 1 full event with Black Ops, which included multiple services, however, definitely not all of them. That said - From this experience with them, I & the rest of our team observed no issues from Ramin or Wesley. I have no requests or feedback for them has they have dialed their business in for the services we needed. If anything, I received great feedback to optimize my part. -Highly adjustable -Great Communication -Clear and specific -Clean and professional, not to "Casual" nor stilted, preggish, or overly formal. Just good people who get it done! Cons: Only Con which is more of a reminder to all those looking for this service would be: Their energy type (attitude-personalities-etc) may not resonate with everyone. I am a tenured professor of ceramics at the University of North Florida. A while back, Frank from Mighty Fine Production Company, assisted me in shooting a documentary in China based on a grant to document one of the last few artists who fires a dragon kiln. Images of the production can be seen in the accompanying photos. This artist used a hand-building technique that is becoming a lost art form. We had to do a lot of planning because China was difficult to navigate, and we had more video equipment than we could carry. Frank made the production process easy from beginning to end. He taught me how to be his second camera guy for which he programmed all the settings for the two-camera interview. It was an excellent experience, and everything turned out perfectly.
