Extremely judgemental, sad, employees. I recently moved to town and came in after work in my business attire. After getting a confused look from the associate up front, (not even a greeting). I started browsing, but everytime I looked up, I was being stared at which made me slightly uncomfortable. I moved towards the back and an associate there said hello, we had a short chat about comics and trading cards but they were rude to a younger customer that came in, it was unwarranted and I'm assuming either this is the employee's normal behavior or an elitist owner. I also couldn't help but wonder if the associate was under some sort of influence. After noticing the trading card prices are exponentially higher than I'm used to seeing in bigger cities, where that sort of pricing would make more sense; I took my leave not purchasing anything feeling underwhelmed. As I passed the associate up front, they still did nothing but continue to stare. Are they not used to the professional community? The store is tidy and organized but cluttered and the atmosphere/vibe is cold. Also not much of a variety for a hobby store. I would much rather take the trip to Milton Freewater to the hobby store there or even Gamestop would be a better choice. I do not see myself returning in the future.

Despite numerous requests to cease their relentless barrage of emails and phone calls, they continue to harass my business with unwanted communications. It's as if they have no regard for our time, privacy, or the explicit wishes we have expressed to be left alone. The emails are incessant, cluttering our inbox with repetitive and irrelevant information. It's not just the frequency that's irritating; the content is often poorly targeted and completely irrelevant to our business needs. Their aggressive marketing tactics feel more like spam than a legitimate business outreach. The phone calls are even worse. We have received calls at all hours, often interrupting important meetings and daily operations. The representatives seem to have no understanding of business etiquette or respect for our working hours. Each time, we have politely asked to be removed from their contact list, but these requests fall on deaf ears. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that seems to operate with no regard for customer consent or basic decency. This relentless harassment has not only wasted our time but also left a very negative impression of Elsner Technologies. In conclusion, I would strongly advise any business owner to steer clear of Elsner Technologies. Their persistent, unwanted contact methods are disruptive and disrespectful.

There after sales service is shocking. They don’t answer their phones, they charge a ridiculous amount for a daily fee. My website went down so I called them and they said for them to take a look they would need to charge their daily minimum fee $2500 😳. I paid them $25k to design my new website under 2 years ago and this is the service you get for being a customer. Will never recommend them to anyone. My financial adviser got it fixed in 20 minutes. Stay clear they are nice when they quote and set up then sting you for anything they can after.
