In the beginning, Urban Software & Web Development would provide XD designs, and we had regular virtual meetings to understand my concepts/designs. We also operated off Monday.com, email, and Google docs/sheets. Once the app had been built, I received builds that I would download, review, and provide feedback on both via email as well as on our weekly virtual meetings. I'm on my third project manager, and no, they have failed to meet deadline after deadline. I have email upon email with promise after promise that the app will launch on exact date. As delivery dates have come, I've asked for timelines and a plan of action, only to have been met with false promises that the work is nearing completion.Many times, the team was out due to a holiday, or I would get some other technical excuse as to why the app wasn't progressing - for example, notifications weren't working because there was an issue with my dedicated server that was causing issues with the time zones. Multiple times when I asked for something, a new build, a timeline, phone or virtual meeting with Muhammad Bilawal (CEO), they would tell me when I would get it, and then it wouldn't happen, but instead, they would send me a new build hoping that would satisfy me and since I was just wanting a finished product I kept falling for their antics. I regret partnering with this company and I will not recommend them to anyone looking for Mobile App Development.

Despite receiving a notification that our website was finished, over 70% of the basic functions for an online store were missing upon review. After making the final paymenton the understanding that we would continue refining the website during the agreed three-month technical support periodI was met with limited follow-up on my comments.I provided organized feedback in a Google Doc, categorized as critical or normal, expecting proactive communication and updates. Instead, I had to engage in constant follow-ups, a process I only expect when working with freelancers, not professional agencies. This lack of initiative was frustrating, especially as I had communicated my prior negative experiences with freelancers and chose Dot IT for a seamless, professional service.Additionally, while we agreed to use the same server and hosting, the basic theme used was a surprise. I had anticipated more effort in redesigning the site, particularly as that was the primary reason for the contract.
