There are two types of work that we would do with Kinematic Digital. One is Sitecore maintenance and operation. Consider that keeping the website up and running on a daily basis. Anything related to administration and infrastructure, we delegate to Kinematic Digital.On top of that, when we have strategic projects, we engage with them on a statement of work type of arrangement. A couple of examples of those are we switched our blog platform and the look and feel and design of the blog a couple of years ago, and Kinematic Digital handled that project, so both the design and then the technical side. Now we can type in an address and instantly get the owner details, the value, and the full history of any property. It works across all of our markets (20+ counties in 5 states) and handles the tricky condo units as well. One of Data Prism's biggest strengths is web scraping. They are great at pulling data from sites that are traditionally challenging, using strategies like proxy rotation, headless browsers such as Puppeteer and Selenium for dynamic content, and the standard techniques needed to get past common rate limits and web firewalls. Clear communication, timely delivery, and high-quality work make Data Prism an ideal data and automation partner for any business. Would love to work with them again.

Came in and immediately identified key client needs, developed an implementation plan and walked the client through assembling assets. Affter build-out worked with the client to make final changes, and train for ongoing maintenance. Great execution. project was successful and a real value.
