Unprofessional, Mentally Draining, and Disrespectful Work CultureMy overall experience with this company was extremely toxic. During my short tenure, I observed several deeply unprofessional practices that left a lasting negative impact on me:•Salaries were often delayed, without prior communication or explanation.•There were unexplained deductions in monthly salary, and any attempts to raise concerns were either ignored or dismissed by HR.•The HR department was shockingly rude. I personally witnessed employees being humiliated or emotionally broken when they decided to resign — some even left in tears.•No proper Full and Final Settlement (FNF) or professional offboarding process was followed. It’s like once you resign, you’re treated as if you never existed.•Even after resignation, the company continued to send intimidating and threatening emails and begging for small amount of money like 20k, showing a complete lack of empathy — especially towards people who were already in a tough personal or financial situation.If you’re considering joining, please rethink carefully. Make sure everything is documented in writing — verbal promises mean nothing here. A company’s real face shows not when you join, but when you try to leave. And unfortunately, this one shows zero professionalism, zero compassion, and zero respect for employees.

For the past 20 years, our company has been honored to help some of the world's best firms restructure sales and marketing divisions.We had engaged Alliance Interactive to redesign a 200-page website with functionality improvements; the scope of work was massive.At the time, our website ranked well and with sufficient conversion rates, but it needed to be modernized.However, it was imperative that conversion rate, branding and search engine results be maintained.Therefore, we began looking for digital marketing companies to assist with a complete redesign.For context, we budgeted about $35,000 for the website redesign and overhaul project. Therefore, we had many digital marketing firms to choose from.After interviewing about a dozen, we ended up choosing Alliance Interactive. They blew away expectations.Our project manager was extremely smart and innovative. He learned our business advantages very quickly and made great suggestions. Alliance Interactive made our site look very creative, yet kept it user-friendly.The visual layout was artistic, yet professional. We could not have been happier. After talking to different vendors to assist us with this project, we decided to work with Whitecap.It was the best decision I made. Daryl Yanga was assigned to work with us on this project. Daryl & my team had several meetings with the key stakeholders to understand requirements for this project and narrowed down the key KPIs for the 2 dashboards.Having technical expertise inhouse, my team designed the data model and back-end data structure, while working very closely with Daryl on key deliverables.Using Agile practices & keeping the stakeholders involved at every major milestone, the dashboards were delivered on time and within budget. Also, as per agreement knowledge transfer was done to my technical team to help us support ongoing development & maintenance.Although continuing development and maintenance is done inhouse, we still have an ongoing relationship with Whitecap to work on any future projects and/or for any assistance required.I would highly recommend Whitecap!
