Weve started by providing them with our old website as a starting point to begin creating the new platform. Weve worked with 45 members of their team and people from their production staff.We like Casa Bele's approach, and weve definitely noticed an improvement in terms of the functionality of the website. Moreover, one of our main goals is to optimize our website for more accommodation as we will be starting a new event on our website for students, and were achieving that goal. Communication is good, and we enjoy their cooperation. Regarding tools, we use email and Messenger. All thanks to Casa Bele great service.

We worked with Vison on the development of our new brand identity and brandbook. Overall, we are happy to have reached a final result that gives us a foundation to continue building the brand. We do believe there is room for improvement in the process and project management. For a branding project, we would have appreciated a more structured methodology, better documentation and follow-up of meetings and requested changes, and more strategic guidance throughout key stages such as naming and logo development. At times, the process felt more focused on the design execution itself than on the strategic accompaniment we expected from a branding agency. That said, the team was always receptive to feedback and willing to make adjustments, and we appreciate the effort and commitment they put into the project. As a growing agency, we believe that strengthening their methodology and client follow-up will make a significant difference in the overall experience.
