From the first point of contact with Fahad he was very transparent with his procedures, costings and the timings it would take to build up our marketing presence for our business. We are also able to always keep track on what the Social Gravity team's goals are monthly and track the process of these goals through the CRM that they introduced to our business so we are never left wondering where we are at. Many other companies only wanted to talk through in great detail once you signed a contract for 3+ months but this was not the case here.
