From the first point of contact with Fahad he was very transparent with his procedures, costings and the timings it would take to build up our marketing presence for our business. Fahad touches base with us a number of times throughout the week keeping us up to date on where we are as well as giving us a monthly breakdown on the return of our ads. We are also able to always keep track on what the Social Gravity team's goals are monthly and track the process of these goals through the CRM that they introduced to our business so we are never left wondering where we are at. We spoke with a few companies and Social Gravity stood out compared to the others. Fahad was happy to take as much time as you needed to talk you through everything giving you a realistic timeline of the business' marketing turn around. Many other companies only wanted to talk through in great detail once you signed a contract for 3+ months but this was not the case here.
