We spent tens of thousands of dollars with John (owner) to have a custom software made for us. Took almost a year to produce what they said was a working package. We took several months to populate the database. When we attempted to run the first report an error message came up. We found that they never completed the software package. We have had four people call and email (more than 15 times) the company all with the same result NO RETURNED CALLS. They are great with answers of what they can do and then drop you like a rock for service.

Alliance Audio Visual were a dream to work with, from the initial phone call getting information all the way to the day of the event. I needed a projector, screen, microphone and speaker for a leadership training we were hosting in the conference room at Topgolf.Nick helped me figure out what we needed for the space (I even was able to text him pictures of the room so we could choose the right screen size), Tony verified the information the day before and adjusted the time we needed the technician on site, and Dalton was there on time day of and walked me through everything he had set up. Having the AV not be reliable would have been a huge detriment to our training.If you are looking to rent any kind of set up like this, this is the company to use. So pleased I went with these guys. My husband and I own an store and I maintain the website and Google merchant is giving me a hard time. I had a couple of questions and I was not sure how to proceed. I called a few places in Albuquerque one place was not willing to help stating they do not serve retail businesses and several others did not answer the phone. I got voicemail after voicemail. Kyler (I believe that was his name) at 1 Internet Marketing was the first business to answer and he pointed me in the right direction. He was extremely helpful, polite and very knowledgeable. MIS was recommended to us and when we contacted them, they understood the issues and elements that we were trying to incorporate in the new site. Karim Ardalan listened very carefully and designed a perfect plan to tackle all the issues. He delivered on time and flawlessly. His quote for the project was one of the most reasonable ones that we had received. Even though we added more elements to the project, they kept the original quote for the final invoice.
