The representatives seem to have no understanding of business etiquette or respect for our working hours. Each time, we have politely asked to be removed from their contact list, but these requests fall on deaf ears.It's incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that seems to operate with no regard for customer consent or basic decency. This relentless harassment has not only wasted our time but also left a very negative impression of Elsner Technologies.In conclusion, I would strongly advise any business owner to steer clear of Elsner Technologies. My website went down so I called them and they said for them to take a look they would need to charge their daily minimum fee $2500 😳. I paid them $25k to design my new website under 2 years ago and this is the service you get for being a customer. Will never recommend them to anyone. My financial adviser got it fixed in 20 minutes.
