I hired DesignMonks for UI/UX design and paid in advance, but they did not deliver the final design even after multiple follow-ups. Communication was poor and commitments were not fulfilled. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend based on my experience.

However, he did much more than that, he provided me a logo, helped consult my first time web creation experience, navigated me through pay portal channels, and helped with writing the webstie content.
