Alicia possesses the unique skill set of a hybrid brand manager and creative director/designer. This would normally necessitate multiple roles, but shes able to offer an incredibly strategic approach to crafting a brand narrative, inclusive of messaging and positioning, while simultaneously creating a visual identity (with options) to match. Shes very methodical in her approach and quite skilled at working across stakeholders and incorporating all points of view. She forces you to take a step back, to look at the brand holistically and to truly understand the customer in order to build a solid foundation for brand and design work. Her framework always includes solid data, for research, benchmarking, and future reporting. I found working with Alicia inspiring, reflective, and intentional. The process was equally as rewarding as the outstanding final work product! This is the most pathetic web design company ever. They have on their website 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. My experience was far from that. All I wanted to do was up date an existing website that I very much liked that I had used for 10 years. They gave me a price of updating of $8000. It was a fight the entire process. I did not want anything special, just updates of my current website for the new technology that had occurred over the past 10 years. They could not get my website duplicated. When they did not duplicated, and I showed them why it was not a duplication, they said, oh, you want that, this is out of our scope. My argument was they knew the scope, they could see the web site I liked. They keep upping the price, they raised the quote to over $20,000. When we launched their version after months of struggle getting like my old website, there was no way for me to adequately change my pricing on the website, in a manner that I could preform, again, just like I showed them in the beginning. They showed me their new and improved process, but it was impossible for me to function. They again, wanted more money after paying them more than 2 and a half times the price they quoted, and still not giving me a website that was like my original website that they were suppose to improve. It took me 3 Months to get my old website back up after giving this company took $20,000 of my money. This is the most pathetic rip off company I have ever dealt with. I have an over 100 Million Dollar a Year Company, and having their disaster website up 2 months, paying them 2.5 Times their original bid, and having to take it down because it was not functional was truly a nightmare, and I wasted over $20,000 of money, and got nothing but 2 Months worth of headaches. They told me in the beginning they could have it completed in a couple weeks, but I had 4 Month of a Nightmare, and lost $20,000. Stay away from this company!!!!!
