While their team members have been helpful and professional, changes in personnel and tone suggest deeper internal instability. Upselling during periods of client dissatisfaction felt poorly timed and out of touch.We recently discovered that one of the founders, whom we still respect, has taken legal action against the other two remaining founders. Further research revealed what appear to be highly concerning details about one remaining partner, publicly available but not proactively disclosed.This experience has been disappointing.Before signing with this agency, we suggest businesses conduct their due diligence and ask questions about leadership stability and backgrounds, legal standing, and internal turnover.
