I would like to share my experience with Amazon Attestation, which unfortunately has been very disappointing. My interaction with the company was related to arranging an insurance policy for my father. At the beginning, the process seemed straightforward, and the service fee was collected promptly.However, after receiving the payment, the company repeatedly made excuses and failed to provide the promised service. Despite multiple follow-ups, the insurance policy was never issued.As a result, I formally requested a refund. Unfortunately, I have not received any reimbursement to date, and my calls and messages have gone unanswered.Due to the lack of response and resolution, I have been left with no option but to raise a complaint with the consumer protection authorities.I hope the company will address this matter promptly and resolve the issue in a fair and professional manner.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Acuity Bookkeeping and Accounting ServicesI hired Acuity to help with bookkeeping and accounting, but the results were frustrating and unprofessional. Instead of properly categorizing transactions and providing accurate reports, almost everything was labeled as "uncategorized," making the books completely unreliable.They set up several automated apps that required me to pay extra subscription fees. None of these tools integrated correctly, and they only made the situation more confusing. Rather than helping me gain financial clarity, their system created more problems and wasted both time and money.I was hoping for experienced support and clean financial records, but what I received was a disorganized mess. They have multiple offices and addresses posted online. One time I drove to Sherwood Park, and it was not the right place. Then I had to email to confirm which address they were at. They did my taxes during tax season, and it was fine. But I asked to set an appointment to discuss my RDSP. The receptionist told me on two separate occasions that they'd get ahold of me after tax season. I still have yet to hear from them. When I'd go into the office it seemed disorganized, I can understand Tax Season is very busy and a lot of paperwork but keep in mind this is confidential information, and paperwork should be left all over the place where everyone can see.

I couldn't be more thankful for Kevin and his team. We had to move to a CPA a few years ago when we created our Trust, and it was a pulling teeth type scenario each year to complete our taxes.
