Helaas kan ik niet in de min gaan met mijn sterren.In 2020 zijn we de samenwerking met Iris De Vlieger aangegaan met mooie beloftes. Initieel verliep de samenwerking goed en dachten we dat alles prima liep tot Augustus 2024. We tekende enkele offertes voor belangrijke aanpassingen op onze website en ons SEO gebeuren. De aanpassingen zouden binnen de 14 dagen uitgevoerd worden. Helaas werden er bijna geen aanpassingen uitgevoerd (Iris kampte met een burn-out) en haar vader Carlo werd onze nieuwe contactpersoon. In Januari 2025 kregen we plots bijna geen enkele lead meer binnen, advertenties werden niet geplaatst volgens onze vraag en na een opmerking werden ze nooit aangepast. Op mails kregen we geen antwoord meer. Uit nazicht bleek vervolgens dat Iris De Vlieger het bedrijf had verlaten. Er volgde een aangetekend schrijven dat nooit werd afgehaald. Gezien we geen antwoorden meer kregen en geen leads meer binnenkregen, werden we gedwongen om een analyse te laten uitvoeren door een extern bedrijf. Uit deze analyse bleek dat Adds 2 marketing al sinds 2023 geen aanpassing meer had gedaan in SEO. Terwijl er geen communicatie was en er geen diensten werden verleend, bleven wel de standaard facturen binnenkomen.Uit de analyse bleek ook dat er heel wat populaire zoekwoorden waren ingesteld die niets met ons bedrijf te maken hadden. Hierdoor werden we misleid in de cijfers. Ook de tracking was niet correct ingesteld. We waren teruggezakt naar de 54ste pagina op Google! Toppunt, plots konden we onze facturen aan Meta (Facebook) niet meer betalen. Blijkbaar had Adds2marketing ons advertentie-account op hun naam gezet.We werden letterlijk gegijzeld en hebben uiteindelijk zelfs een nieuwe website moeten laten bouwen.Dit heeft ons handenvol geld gekost en had ons bedrijf failliet kunnen laten gaan.Blijf ver weg van deze charlatans.
