I had the pleasure of working with Modo Modo Agency in 2022, when I was responsible for the complete renovation of Ricoh North America's brand narrative and visual design system, across all channels and all audiences. Modo Modo Agency helped me lead the charge by generating extremely valuable internal communications materials, visual design system assets, manager and leadership guides and more to help with evangelizing internally the evolved brand narrative and the new strategic plan set forth by the CEO. They also created a significant number recruitment marketing assets for a number of digital channels to help build excitement around the brand, attract talent, and encourage employment applications for the significant number of open positions the company needed to fill. Lastly, we worked closely on GTM initiatives across paid and owned channels for the specific vertical industries Ricoh had identified in their strategic growth plan.
