That said - From this experience with them, I & the rest of our team observed no issues from Ramin or Wesley. I have no requests or feedback for them has they have dialed their business in for the services we needed. If anything, I received great feedback to optimize my part.-Highly adjustable-Great Communication-Clear and specific-Clean and professional, not to "Casual" nor stilted, preggish, or overly formal. Just good people who get it done!Cons:Only Con which is more of a reminder to all those looking for this service would be: Their energy type (attitude-personalities-etc) may not resonate with everyone. Our non-profit had originally worked with another firm to redesign our websites, but gave up when it became clear they did not understand what we wanted and had no process to figure it out (and little interest either). So we were absolutely delighted when Brad Gray began our initial conversation with the right questions and laid out a process that would help us think through what we wanted our site to do for us. The design process went smoothly and was completed on time. Brad was always available to answer questions. Requests for revisions to the design were happily accepted and completed. It was a very positive experience.
