We saw Blues Junior in the Boom Room and were blown away with their talent. The vocals and saxophonist especially were impressive. The wide variety of songs they are able to perform make them stand apart from your typical event bands. They did everything from the Grateful Dead to a country song- appealing to all genres. Our firm had the privilege of working with First Scribe on a complete redesign of our website earlier this year. When we initially came to First Scribe, our website had not been significantly updated for a couple of years, and when it had been updated, the only modification made was to the color scheme. After meeting with us, First Scribe was able to provide us with several design options and layouts, which were aligned with what we were looking for. First Scribe was able to determine what we would like in a design layout, and they were able to pinpoint precisely what we did not want in our new website. Throughout the process, we did not feel pushed and we were able to take our time to come up with something we all felt comfortable with.The process that First Scribe used throughout our website redesign was very easy to use, and we were apprised of each step as it was being completed. First Scribe also provided us with an estimated timeline of when each aspect of our redesign would be completed. Our project manager, was a wonderful resource for our team, and he and the entire First Scribe team provided great feedback and guidance during our website redesign. Our questions were answered the same day and the entire First Scribe team was very responsive. Although First Scribe has various departments that handle various tasks, they all worked in cohesion.We are now working with First Scribe for our marketing needs, and we could not be happier. I cancelled my account in Jan 2025. They started billing me in December 2025 with no authorization. I contacted them, they apologized, assured me it would not happen again, and then billed me two more times in the same month. They operate outside ethical and moral guidelines.
