Agency Squid is truly unlike any other ad agency out there. There is no ego involved and they listen to what their clients needs are while still challenging them to think about things differently. The smaller but mighty team is well rounded and each bring a different perspective to the table. I would recommend them for any design/marketing, product promotion or special project. Doesn’t hurt that their workplace is so cool too!

MuteSix's website claims a "ROI-first approach" which certainly was not the experience I received. Prior to working with them I was achieving just over a 2x Return on ad spend (ROAS) and was looking to scale things up, which is why I came to them. During the period that MuteSix managed my ad account performance plummeted to 0.6 ROAS and they were spending vast amounts of money on consistently unprofitable campaigns, as well as overlooking key ad issues and overspending on the ad budget we agreed. I gave them multiple opportunities to turn this around and given my previous track record and the unique nature of the products I sell, it's incredible they couldn't even achieve break even. This shows a complete lack of skill and performance marketing knowledge within the team. Since taking back control I've increased the ROAS to 2.56 in just over a month and am now scaling the ad spend. Considering the claims on their website and the agency fees they charge this has been a terrible experience that would have put my company out of business if they continued down that road. If MuteSix is the 'leading agency in performance marketing' they claim and only achieves those results I must be some kind of wizard at performance marketing. UPDATE TO THEIR RESPONSE: they stated they'd contact me to 'ensure the issue is resolved', but in fact their Senior Director of Client Success contacted me and wanted a phone call for their benefit, to gather feedback to improve their processes moving forward, not to resolve the issue at hand. Once I responded I never heard from them again. Bit of a joke

We have worked with MuteSix for the past 9 months and have had an exceptional experience. The team has remained consistent (which we are finding is rare at other agencies), engaged and responsive all while being best in class at their discipline. MuteSix provides a full service agency that is super helpful to build your business on - we started with performance marketing and are now using them for SEM and most importantly, they have been reasonably priced for these services (which has been critical for us as an early stage business). At Vaccine Systems, we were under time pressure to get our website up as entered an incubator and a grant process for our Covid-19 related medical technology. In less than 3 weeks, Dos Mundos Creative stepped up and accomplished that. In our first meetings, they listened to and understood our needs. Not only did they provide a great-looking website, but they also sharpened our messaging and provided a logo for which we have received many compliments. All this accomplished in a matter of weeks! in the 8 months since then, we have had two minor issues of our own making pop up with the website. I hired DMC right before Covid, and everything we had talked about in regards to design and branding I was ready to throw out the window as my whole world had shifted. I am a musician and I do live events and with Covid, I had NO idea what to do. Kana and her team met with me regularly throughout 2020 helping not just talk about my website (which I hired them to do), but go above and beyond and help me with everything – pivoting, new ideas, how to build on what I have, mental health... I MEAN EVERYTHING). They truly gave me so much life through a very dismal time. I felt inspired and excited for what could come next, even if it might have to wait for 2021. They worked with my budget and created something magical – even better than what I could imagine. I have had some hiccups on my side, and they've been there all along responding very quickly! I truly don't know what I would have done without them. They take my crazy ideas and flow and turn it into something that is very easy to understand. Dos Mundos Creative is more than just a branding, website design/building agency... they are the real deal and the full package and make you feel just as important as a client with a huge budget. I am so grateful I found them and grateful to continue to work with them. They are my GO TO!!! And it's female-founded, so that's also a plus in my book!

We talked to numerous marketing firms across the US and most were either inept or wouldn’t talk to us because we’re a startup. When I initially contacted Ethic, I was so used to having a bad experience with other marketing firms, I bluntly said “we’re a startup that needs a lot of help with brand recognition, but we’re on a very limited budget. Can you help?”. The owner Jeff said “let’s talk”. We spent the next hour discussing our business operation and different marketing strategies. We then had a follow up call in which Jeff came prepared with a full presentation and spent the afternoon explaining each line item step by step of how to execute our short term marketing goals. He did all this on his own time for nothing in return. We do not have an agreement in place and there's no guarantee of future business when working with a startup. I can't thank Jeff and the Ethic team enough. They will be our “go to” for all our future marketing needs but it's not because of the free time they gave us, but rather their level of expertise. Our company launched service in January 2023 and currently has 400 app downloads. I will give a follow up review in one year to showcase the value of this experience. If you’re looking for a high level marketing company contact Ethic.
