We own a small law firm and have used a variety of different services throughout the years, to help with our seo, website and marketing. NO ONE has provided the value and gotten us the results in the way that SCD's team has. When SCD started doing our seo we saw an immediate increase in the calls and and new clients we received. We are constantly being bombarded by other marketing services and we stepped away from SCD to try something else but in the end came back to SCD because of the results and value she provided. We saw nothing from the other company other than a much larger cost and promises of fabulous results in a year. Shirley provides excellent customer service, she answers any question I have in as much detail as I'd like. She's incredibly responsive when we have a need of any kind. The Experience that I had with Antoine was like working with a best friend.. He explained everything to me so I could understand it . He went over step-by-step exactly what he was going to do.. We have worked with Flagship City for many years. The website server itself we have never had a problem with. As far as customer service Antoine is always quick to reply and extremely helpful. Even if we contact after hours we get a quick response even though it is not expected on our end. He goes the extra mile to help us out with any issues we have. Most recently we had a problem with our Google accounts. We couldn’t get direct help from Google very easily but Antoine was there to give us assistance even though our problem didn’t have anything to do with his business. We would highly recommend.
