I warn anyone looking for internet service to avoid this company. I have called 5 different phone numbers. The AI answers and recognizes me as a valued customer. Then proceeds to transfer me to technical support or billing and then hangs up on me. I consider this to be poor service. I also should be able to connect 10 devices. However only one TV is connected. Poor service again.

I feel their company doesn’t screen their employees to fully explain their business setup to get their business ,my experience was a rush to get me signed up with a installation fee and not letting me know I would need the first month bill the next day after the installation.Which is not what I wanted or could afford because I am a disabled veteran on a fixed income.
