Extremely disappointed with MultiQoS. Waited over 18 days for an estimation, which I never received. And their response was nonexistent. The communication was lacking and unhelpful. Have been with PRG for our small practice for approximately 2 years now. While the transition to a new billing company was a bit of a headache as can be expected, we have been overall very pleased with them. They have always been very organized and meticulous staying on top of credentialing and billing. Our billing manager Adam and his team Ali, Zender are very polite, patient, responsive and stay on top of denials. We were also recently assigned to Ashley C who oversees our monthly meetings and who I feel is also very noticeably much more present, knowledgeable, and proactive than our prior organizer and our monthly (and if need be, more) meetings are definitely appreciated and productive and they provide great data/reports to keep a good pulse on the practice. Our liaison Matt is also very responsive when we need him.
