I signed up for the Connect365 Webinar to be held on July 15, 2020. I created the account on July 14, 2020 as instructed and reluctantly provided credit card information. The day of the webinar, I was not able to sign in and could not contact someone in support (contrary to an assertion that someone would be available). I tried multiple times, but was unsuccessful. If they were unable to provide working links and tech support for a webinar, I did not have any faith they would be able to provide support during the 14-day free trial. On July 16, 2020, I e-mailed the company to cancel my free trial and to not charge my credit card. The e-mail was acknowledged. On July 28, 2020, Connect365 charged my credit card anyway. I have received a second confirmation and acknowledgement that I do not want to subscribe to the service, but it is going to take 3-5 business days to process the refund. Buyer Beware! I do not recommend doing business with this company. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

With Abstrakt, I got more than just a web development team. They delivered a true comprehensive digital strategy. I hire Abstrakt for an update to the company website, with a focus on improving our Google search rankings. They wrote the text for each of the pages; each page was better than anything I could write.
