Kodeak built my website and helped create the content several years ago and were great to work with! Excellent communication, vision, pace, and patience with my millions of questions as it’s not my arena and not the easiest to understand. I also didn’t exactly know how I wanted my site to look and they were very helpful with offering many ideas. They have been very accessible since completion (just this week I had an issue) with assisting and troubleshooting and that is ridiculously appreciated that even though the project was complete they have still been willing to help. I hired Ryno to build a website and do seo for a roofing company, Ryno is high priced for the quality they deliver. I've hired someone else to fix the site and unfortunately they found many entry level SEO issues and the SEO was something I specifically paid montly for. The website design is decent and the people I worked with were friendly but otherwise, an overall low quality product has tainted the experience. I dont feel I got what I paid for.

I wouldn’t use them again. They did a great job on our website, but the whole SEO part of everything was absolutely terrible. They tried to say we were on the front page of Google and every time I would look us up we were always 18 or lower. I even did it with them on the phone and typed in exactly what they told me to and I was still around the 20 area and they were telling me I was within the first 5. They only reason I gave them 1 star is for their website they made for us that we lose after we cancelled with them. Hopefully they did better for other businesses but for ours they were not good. Unfortunately, we had to pay for 6 months of horrible service. Over promised and under delivered services. If they were as good as they say they are they would have a money back guarantee if they can’t produce. Customer service is horrible since you can’t get a straight answer from them. I also had 4 different case managers in 6 months. The only reason I stayed with them for that long is because I had to. Worse $1800 I spent in a long time.

I strongly feel that the company was very rude and unprofessional in dealing with me, even using, what could be reasonably perceived as, "coded language," that hinted as not-so-subtle racism. I "didn't fit their culture," but the blonde, recent college graduates with no work experience do. And apparently Glassdoor reviews have said something similar about being the right race, gender and graduate of local university to get ahead.
