The time I spent at Manorama Web Solutions was one of the worst experiences of my life. Really, it has a toxic environment. Dominated by 2-3 people. Every time they say "we Care about your future," actually they don't. they just think about themselves. I was working as a social media intern, and really, even they don't know what social media marketing is. Every time they told us to come up with new things and plans, If I know what social media marketing is, then why I was working as an intern there? My office time was 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., but I was leaving the office after 7:30 p.m. and still they didn't have satisfaction. And lastly, they don't even give the salary at the time, I had not received my 2.5-month salary, so I left the office. If anyone asks for their salary, then they have one line to say: "What you think office has no money?" If you have money, then why didn't you gave my salary? If anyone is thinking of joining here, my advice is don't do. You don't have any further here, so don't waste your time and knowledge After this review they threatening me that they will take legal action against me because I have shared this review.

We opted for performance marketing services from LD with the expectation of good results. However, the experience was disappointing. The handover was not done properly, and even after sending a follow-up mail requesting the pending information, we received no response. This lack of accountability caused unnecessary issues in continuing our marketing activities. Pros: The team was responsive during campaign execution. They were open to making changes when feedback was given. Cons: Lead performance was below the committed targets. Handover was incomplete and handled unprofessionally. No response was given after follow-up on pending handover.

I attended the interview on 5th Aug 2025 for SSE in person. After clearing there rounds of technical interviews I had a formal HR discussion as well where she told I will have to attended a managerial round in the next day. Which they scheduled but the interviewer didn’t join the call and they told me they will reschedule. Today morning I received a mail subject Epsilon Interview Feedback which reads “ We truly appreciate the effort and insights you shared across the multiple rounds. After careful consideration, we have decided to put your candidature on HOLD and we are evaluating more candidates before arriving at a final decision.” Contacted HRs are Namita/Rahul.
