I called one day to talk to Abid, but I knew immediately it was NOT Abid. The mannerisms and voice tone were different. I asked to be transferred to Account Pay to resolve the dispute and receive my credit. When Natasha (whom I find out later is the COO) answered, and said, "Thank you Reynold". I told her that Reynold answered the phone and identified himself as Abid. I said why are you impersonating ex- employees?I had had multiple problems before this incident, and disputes with multiple credit cards because they were not doing the work they had agreed upon. My site was never completed to standard. The only honest employees that got ANYTHING done on website left the company. This place is as crooked as they come. Find another web company.

After that, they moved into high-fidelity design, which they're about to finish.Additionally, the Kaizen Apps team provides us with consultancy services to help us grow the app. For example, they've advised us on handling customer service and tools we can use to help with that aspect.
