Been meaning to write this review for sometime to share our experience with frooition.We first started using frootion many moons ago for our ebay design, from those early days we knew we had found the right company for the job.But more recently we gave frooition the task of re-building our new wesbsite & order/product management requirements. Both the Andrew's have been dealing with myself directly and have fully explained everything, I had alot of questions & concerns as I wanted to make an investment for our company which we could rely on for years to come (had some bad experiences with our old platform)Both Andrew's came back to me swiftly and explained everything in detail, if they didn't know the answers to my questions they would go out of their way to find the answer and come back to me.Frooition handled everything for us and I mean everything, they also put us in direct contact with Linnworks and both companies worked together to deliver our requirements to the deadline we was given.As regards to the design work we couldn't be happier, as with all design we now also have to option to swiftly make changes and keep the site fresh and modern.But finally I'd just like to say a massive Thankyou to all of the froo team, we can honestly say they are one of the most proactive, polite, professional and efficient companies we have ever worked with in the world of e-commerce & online.If you are a small, medium or large company and are searching for a new design company who can also handle everything else. We have been working successfully with GelComm and Patricio (Pato) Fuentes, their Principal & Founder, for many years now. They initially engaged Capitola Media to create and produce a series of videos for Oral-B (P&G) and Disney. Our deadline was incredibly tight, and firm. GelComm helped us craft a great script and accompanying storyboards. Casting went subsequently smoothly as well. Physical production was next, followed by a lot of late-night motion graphics work. Communication back and forth between us and Gelcomm was always efficient and collaborative. And we made our deadline. All three clients were happy, and we have since worked with GelComm on a number of different CPG packaging projects based on our first positive production together. We cannot recommend Gelcomm and Patricio enough.

RUN AWAY from this company! Supposedly located in California. They sold me a package to design the branding, website, and social media for my company for $1500.00. "EVERYTHING" for $1500.00. Have paid over $6000.00 and I have NO control over the material I paid for. They send you everything in formats you cannot use or convert. They want to keep a hold of you to keep asking for money!!!!!! NEVER send anything to print through them!!! Ordered some business cards and brochures and have never received the brochures. To this day I have not received a single invoice or receipt of anything of what I have paid, including the design of the logo, the purchase of the domain and many other things. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I believe this company is a criminal enterprise. They are also known as Creative Company and Sketch Profs. Creative Company made a $2,500 unauthorized withdrawal from my checking account. When I protested the transaction, Uptown Logo Design provided a fake receipt, fake transaction and activity logs and fake emails supporting the charge to my account. It was an elaborate and thorough fraud. I'm sure they've used similar fabricated documents before with other people they've ripped off. I reported them to the FTC and FBI.

Well, i don't know where to start...My family owns a custom designed furniture business for over 30 years. I, so to say, inherited this little business from my father. He is a strict old-fashioned men with strict old-fashioned taste. Back in 2001 he went with some web-design company and created a website that he liked and we've been using until November of 2016. I have never been happy with the website we had.First of all it looked bad, nevertheless it functioned ok, so i could live with that. In the end of last year the website started to glitch. Pictures didn't load and it took forever to open a website. I had a big presentation on big screen coming up right before Christmas. And wanted everything to work perfectly well. I found Webworks agency on Yelp and decided to go with them, because all other places I called gave me the estimate that was waaay beyond my expectations. They said that it was before Christmass, blablabla, the deadline was too close, so they agreed to work on my website, but for IMMENSE amount of money. And there was Webworks agency, it seemed that holidays didn't mean anything to them. They looked at my website and told me straight that it looked "like somebodies nightmare" And I was 100% agree with them! I like straight forward people. What we both agreed on is that they would create the whole new website for me. I already had all the content and high-quality pictures, so we used that, but the structure, the look, the design, the colors of my new website were absolutely different. It finally looked "Expensive", professional, the website i would want to show and proudly say "take a look at my company".Needless to say, the presentation went great! And 2017 started for me with a new website and new clients!
