Hired Nikalabs a few years back because my website was a mess and I hated it. It was confusing, cluttered, and just straight up ugly!Originally I found these guys on yelp and I wanted to give them some love on Google My Business too!I own a carpet cleaning business in Santa Clara and I needed to find a company I could trust and feel comfortable with to build a great website. I called and talked to Ali over the phone I know that this was the right company and boy I'm glad I chose Nika Labs. I told Ali over the phone these exact words, "I want to build a clean, simple, yet elegant website" I wanted something that will be easy on the eyes and intuitive for my customers. I also expressed that there were two important tools that I absolutely needed 1) an online calendar 2) an online estimator tool. Ali, with confidence said, "We can do it no problem and we will optimize the site for both desktop and mobile web browsing". Ali's confidence assured me Nika Labs was the company to hire! He also said that once they are done I would be able to edit most of the text myself because they use Wordpress to build the site. I was sold and hired them to build the site.Ali and Nika Labs not only delivered they over delivered. They built a website I absolutely love! They listened to my every concern. My website is clean, simple, and yet elegant just the way I imagined it to be. I 100% love my site and can't stop looking at it. We hit some bumps in the road but Ali and Nika labs worked through them all. I needed someone to move my website over from Wordpress to Shopify and communicated with several providers. Ramez from Lightspace Creative responded very quickly and was very polite and gave out a very positive vibe. His quote was a bit out of my budget but I decided to go with Ramez because he asked all the right questions and put me at ease. I was pleasantly surprised when at the end of the project, Ramez came back and told me he had completed the job in a fraction of the time. He was quick and efficient and in the end, completed the job well within my budget. My website looks great and works marvelously! After he was done with the project, I had some questions about the website, and Ramez took the time to answer them (and so politely too!). I've already recommended Lightspace Creative to several friends for their website needs.

If you are looking to use this company, you may want to take a second to read over this review before you do so. This is one of the worst companies that i have worked with. In the beginning, it will seem great. They will tell all the things that you want to hear and you will sign a contract with them but BEWARE! Although you will sign a contract with them, they will not fulfill their end of their contract and at the end of the project, they will try to milk you for more money.Also, although the site is based in America, they hire people from China etc.. to do their work so although you will be shelling out American dollars, you are actually paying for someone in their house in India or China to do his/her job. All, in all, i was completely unsatisfied with the site that they did for me. Please feel free to reach out to me so i can tell you details and to show you receipts. I will even show you the contract! and how much money i paid for a project that really should have been half less than what i paid.I had to find others to clean up the mess this company made and the people that looked at my site said it was one of the worst that they have ever encountered!!!!Ps: I gave this company a “1” for effort…
