Then they layered Spark Ads on the top creator videos and another $4K of ad spend produced $48K more.What I liked: they actually understand the operational mechanics, not just the marketing theory. The cadence (samples first, then tier 1 commission upgrade, then Spark Ads on creator-credit content) is something other agencies talk about but few execute consistently.8 months in, TikTok Shop is 22% of our D2C now.

They run a Tuesday account health meeting on every account, address every notification within 72 hours, and treat inventory reorder math as a marketing variable not a finance variable.
