Have been working with these guys for about two years…contracted to build an app. Paid over $10,000 and haven’t received anything, will send designs and then ask for more money to complete or add features and then nothing new happens. Now they aren’t answering my phone calls or emails and it has been a month and a half. They kept switching project managers(Barry green, Liam Paul, Ron Watkins, max Milton, Shawn hill, Marcus, Barry, and Adam to name a few) when things would get rough and each new manager would promise and give their word that it would be different but just was a constant repeat of asking for more money with no progress made. I don’t like leaving reviews like this but I don’t want anyone else to get scammed like I have. I would love to have website design engine contact me again and finish the project I’ve paid for, so I can remove this review but until then, buyer beware because you will just lose your money and time with these guys. Dealing with Website Design Engine was a nightmarish hell. I have invested all my money, time, energy, and labor for nearly 10 months and for what? Absolutely nothing! I am in the hole over $20K. The finance department is only willing to give me back $4400 so far and they still have not mentioned the other services that I should get a refund for and why is it taking so long? I loaded thousands of products myself because they didn't do their job. I will send further feedback to let you know what happened. I don't know why they don't honor their refunds.
