Hired Nikalabs a few years back because my website was a mess and I hated it. It was confusing, cluttered, and just straight up ugly! Originally I found these guys on yelp and I wanted to give them some love on Google My Business too! I own a carpet cleaning business in Santa Clara and I needed to find a company I could trust and feel comfortable with to build a great website. I called and talked to Ali over the phone I know that this was the right company and boy I'm glad I chose Nika Labs. I told Ali over the phone these exact words, "I want to build a clean, simple, yet elegant website" I wanted something that will be easy on the eyes and intuitive for my customers. I also expressed that there were two important tools that I absolutely needed 1) an online calendar 2) an online estimator tool. Ali, with confidence said, "We can do it no problem and we will optimize the site for both desktop and mobile web browsing". Ali's confidence assured me Nika Labs was the company to hire! He also said that once they are done I would be able to edit most of the text myself because they use Wordpress to build the site. I was sold and hired them to build the site. Ali and Nika Labs not only delivered they over delivered. They built a website I absolutely love! They listened to my every concern. My website is clean, simple, and yet elegant just the way I imagined it to be. I 100% love my site and can't stop looking at it. We hit some bumps in the road but Ali and Nika labs worked through them all. I'm so happy I went with Nika Labs and I highly recommend hiring this company to do your website! They are a scam, will show you photos of a website but never finish yours. Please don't fall for their scam. Their online policy is air tight, fought with my credit card company to get my money back after waiting 8 months to get something they stated would be two months at most. I have tons of texts from them that I used as proof, but credit card companies are bound by the actual online policy. Buyer be warned...

Have been working with these guys for about two years…contracted to build an app. Paid over $10,000 and haven’t received anything, will send designs and then ask for more money to complete or add features and then nothing new happens. Now they aren’t answering my phone calls or emails and it has been a month and a half. They kept switching project managers(Barry green, Liam Paul, Ron Watkins, max Milton, Shawn hill, Marcus, Barry, and Adam to name a few) when things would get rough and each new manager would promise and give their word that it would be different but just was a constant repeat of asking for more money with no progress made. I don’t like leaving reviews like this but I don’t want anyone else to get scammed like I have. I would love to have website design engine contact me again and finish the project I’ve paid for, so I can remove this review but until then, buyer beware because you will just lose your money and time with these guys. Will be leaving reviews everywhere and reporting to FTC shortly and hopefully get this shut scam shut down. Best of luck to any of you who read this.

Dealing with Website Design Engine was a nightmarish hell. I have invested all my money, time, energy, and labor for nearly 10 months and for what? Absolutely nothing! I am in the hole over $20K. The finance department is only willing to give me back $4400 so far and they still have not mentioned the other services that I should get a refund for and why is it taking so long? I loaded thousands of products myself because they didn't do their job. I will send further feedback to let you know what happened. I don't know why they don't honor their refunds.

Terrible experience — no cashback and poor customer support I placed two Lightbox Jewelry orders through Rakuten yesterday morning, expecting 3.5% cashback as advertised. However, Rakuten failed to track both purchases. When I attempted to manually add the orders later in the day, I found that Lightbox Jewelry had been completely removed from Rakuten’s site — no store page, no link, nothing. I contacted customer support multiple times, but the responses were vague, unhelpful, and ultimately useless. This experience reflects poorly on Rakuten’s reliability and integrity. Removing a store without warning right after a promotion, then refusing to honor cashback, is unacceptable. Very disappointed.

SHADY business practices. Rakuten slid a pop up into my account that stated "don't forget, you still have $ to spend at Victoria secret" as if i had a refund credit. Beware... what they don't tell you, is this money is deducted from your cash back, which I'm sure is just a tactic to enhance their vendor contracts....very disappointing
