Epic Design Labs is a special company. We contracted with them when our website was really struggling to generate any traffic at all, let alone a sale. Kal and his team was able to diagnose our issues quickly and went to work right away to get it fixed. Any expert in a given field can do that, it's par for the course. But a true wizard like Kal was able to take a step back and envision future stumbling blocks and position us so that we were able to avoid them altogether. His team was always efficient with the time allotted to us, so much so that I often felt that we were underpaying them. Turns out they are just so good, that it doesn't matter how much they charge, it always feels like you are getting more value than what you are paying. Thanks for everything Kal and Julio, I look forward to next issue we have just so that I can hire you again.-Colin

Our company used Forix to upgrade and redevelop an existing Magento site to version 2.0. Our main goals were to improve the user experience, replace our proprietary order fulfillment programs with mainstream, easily compatible technology, and attract a larger corporate customer base.Through Forix, we had access to a wide variety of technical and design talent. Project teams brought incredible communication skills and a meticulous management approach, which helped prevent derailment and mitigated disruption when unexpected challenges arose. They stayed on time and on budget, which is next to unheard of in website development.I have to call our two exceptional team members - Jessica and Kaitlyn were easily two of the most talented people I've worked with to date. As a former project manager, I can be incredibly critical of this skill, but Jessica managed the project flawlessly from start to finish. Kaitlyn, our UX designer, nailed all of our feedback and had impressive turnaround times.Overall, I would highly recommend Forix to any company considering launching or re-establishing their e-commerce platform.

We used Everpeak Partners in 2022 to assist with optimizing our Salesforce license. Our experience was suboptimal, and I would not recommend utilizing this SF consultant for project work. It appears to be under new management so am hopeful for a better experience for new clients.2024 March- We had a small engagement with Everpeak under the new management team, and they were exceptional to work with. I was happy to upgrade my previous review to 5 stars.

If I had to distribute the stars, I would give it to the genuine employees of Everpeak Partners. However, Oliver and all upper management of the company, I can’t give a single positive rating. We were charged for a 40 hour service that cost more than our Salesforce platform for titles to be changed. That is literally all we received from this company - and I went in to adjust things later on. We asked to be connected to Quickbooks Desktop and Outlook but we weren’t given that as well. When the software engineer’s work was reset internally, we were billed for that time to revisit that as well. This company is unethical, does not listen to their customers, is not upfront and honest with their customers. The rates are astronomical. Highly recommend staying far away from this company and Salesforce since they recommended them to us. And yes, they know all about our experience and continued to ask for additional service.-Small businessOur process began with you the November 2021 and we could finally use our program in April 2022, I got married and changed my last name so I will not post my maiden name online.

I'm a restaurant owner and called Fountain City to explore the idea of building a custom app. I left an enquiry on their site and was called back within hours. Anwar then spent over an hour explaining to me the ins and outs of the custom app idea, discussed with me many facets of strategic planning for my business, and gave me a WAY better idea of what was available, what they could offer, and what I actually needed. I was impressed and heartened by the thoroughness, rigor and overall professionalism of this interaction. A nightmare! I am dealing with them for more than 2 years, and their eBay/Amazon integration for my WooCommerce online store NEVER EVER worked flawless. Something is always wrong. And they can't fix their own problems. AVOID CEDCOMMERCE AT ALL COSTS – Save Yourself the HeadacheOur experience with CedCommerce has been nothing short of a disaster. We purchased several of their B2B extensions, only to discover that they are missing critical business logic and completely fail to address real-world business requirements. They sell you extensions that require other extensions to be bought but these extensions do not properly work with one another. The extensions are slow and include repetitive prompts that causes speed issues on a Magento platform. The code appears to be written by low-paid, inexperienced developers with no understanding of Magento best practices or even basic quality standards. As a result, we encountered issue after issue—many of which were directly due to poor, non-standard coding that broke our Magento store and forced us into costly troubleshooting.What’s worse, the extensions are clearly designed with one goal in mind: to get you dependent on CedCommerce for constant fixes and “customizations,” which, unsurprisingly, they charge extra for—even when the issues are clearly defects in their original products.Customer support is practically nonexistent. Our support tickets went unanswered, and whenever we did manage to get a response, it was superficial and never actually solved the problems. Reaching out to management was equally useless—they were always “unavailable” and never addressed our complaints, despite repeated attempts to contact them.If you value your business, your time, and your sanity, do NOT buy anything from CedCommerce. Their extensions are unreliable, their code is subpar, and their support is abysmal. We are still dealing with the fallout from trusting this company. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for reputable Magento solutions.
