Simons Group provided support to me for several initiatives we were taking to upgrade our online presence and streamline a data acquisition process that had previously been manual (originally submitted by fax!...remember those?). A terrible experience with some of the most vile and unprofessional individuals I've encountered in my career. I began working with Marta, who initially presented herself as knowledgable and intelligent. However, things took a turn when I began to ask questions that she couldn't answer. I was met with vague replies and then, eventually, ignored altogether, which was when I got in touch with Kevin, who I believe is a VP at Logical. Kevin was rude and largely negligent of my issues with LMG's marketing practices. This is a small agency and they function as one that is overwhelmed, inexperienced, and likely not equipped to handle the challenges clients bring. Proceed with caution.
