Ian was really knowlegable and mentioned they had a shredder and could video tape the destruction for our piece of mind. He also took some old LTO tapes we had and shredded those. What I liked about Integritrade was they were friendly, efficient, and thorough. During the destruction process, Ian checked every desktop computer to make sure the CD drives were empty and also checked our printers for residual paper in the scanner feed. It was obvious he knows what he's doing and the R2 cert was a plus.

Ian explained that he wipes all of the hard drives and if it can't be wiped, he would shred it. I don’t know how to express how magical this place is. My MacBook Pro died and they were able to recover all the data onto an external hard drive for me for an extremely reasonable price and in less than 24 hours. My laptop is 8+ years old so the cost of replacing the motherboard made no sense, but I at least recovered all my data.
