We hired M6IT to redesign our server farm and network infrastructure. They helped us increase our profitability by 30% with automation and strategic IT decisions. They provided amazing expertise when optimizing our network security schema as well as our virtual machines allocation/load balancing structures. Their automation strategy helped increase our team productivity by almost 20% across the board. M6iT is incredibly competent, fast to respond to our inquiries and always incredibly friendly. We started small with a retainer of few hours but soon grew and it was worth every dollar. Overall, the M6iT experience has been second to none, and we highly recommend them for any and all technology projects, no matter how big or small.PS: Listen to their advice, when we didn’t listen to advice, we failed and lost revenue. Lesson learned? Listen, you are paying for it.

M6IT has handled our office’s IT needs for nearly 10 years. Their team is always responsive and available with personalized service when time sensitive problems arise. They have helped us navigate two office moves as well as changing over to a new phone system as our office expanded. They have taken the time to learn the unique needs of our business and make sure that any products/software/solutions they recommend are serving the larger goals of our business. Highly recommend Jacob, and everyone at M6IT!

This is the best IT manage service group, hands-down, for the value and the service provided. As a small non-for-profit organization. These guys have been nothing but fantastic for us… We’re a small crew and could be pain in the butt sometimes, and they never complain. We’re grateful and we look forward When we get fully up and running.

One of their employees followed my teenage daughter home. Over 10 minutes away while he was on his lunch break, to yell at her how he was pulling out of a spot had a right of way over somebody driving through the parking lot, which is BS. Would not recommend this place to anyone!! Ps. Police report has been filed.

One of their employees followed me home all the way from their business, just to get out of his car and repeatedly scream at me. Would not recommend this place if this is the people they hire!!

Onboarding with Electric AI has been a quick and smooth process! The integration of their tech support into our Slack account has worked great. They are very responsive and helpful. We also appreciate the Zoom training with our team of users to help make the transition easy and educate our team on how to engage with them.

Electric has made considerable improvements over the past year and is hitting their stride. After a heavy restructuring, business became more focused and product development is progressing at a promising pace. The service desk remains the heart of the company, and they are the ones that keep things running. Shouts out to everyone on the support desk, we see you. Good generalist company for startups who need to outsource their IT. Keep an eye on their product pipeline to see if they're a good fit for you.

Is it possible to give NEGATIVE STARS?! Completely and utterly useless IT company. If we had to rely on them we’d be out of business. I end up just doing everything myself.Electric AI has been our it vendor for more than a few months and we have under 20 employees. Want something simple done like software updates, or apps installed on your company devices? you have to send them 34 emails and they tell you about how their “I’m sorry this is out of scope, our professional services team will send you an SOW to estimate the work because it’s a complex project.” And then 3 weeks later you get an absurdly complex quote when your project is long past dead. This goes for any simple task!!! What’s included in their monthly prices? We had a MAJOR password leak, and notified them to change passwords, they couldn’t figure out how to change them. They finally Found a manager who came on to tell us they needed to “quote the work.” This is all over slack and email. No way to speak to real people. Weeks later & no passwords changed. Total scam. They have a call center full of incompetent remote workers in South America that will make you BASH YOUR HEAD INTO A WALL. RUN DON’T WALK AWAY FROM THIS CIRCUS 🤡 🎪

Computer Solutions East were super helpful and responsive to our small nonprofit. We have no IT on staff, and their team showed remarkable patience and attentiveness to us to ensure we were set up for success on our implementation project, and that we were all trained to know how to move forward on our own. Highly recommend.

Before hiring Tech Engineers Group, our phone barely rang from organic web searches. Michael optimized our site structure and overhauled our SEO from top to bottom. Now, we are consistently outranking legacy competitors in our service area and getting a steady stream of qualified inbound leads. Worth every single penny.
