ELEK+RIK has worked on improving our React Native mobile app. We had the skeleton of an app, but they were able to do an end-to-end re-design of each of the main pages. Since then, they`ve successfully implemented around ~20 different features on our mobile app. We share a spec and design, they provide an estimate and occasionally some design options, then when completed create a PR on GitHub. Their code is well-organized, easy to follow, and rarely do we have to go back-and-forth about bugs. They are also excellent communicators - carefully following threads on Slack, effectively communicating design and engineering tradeoffs, and even producing a 10m Loom video walking through a diagram. Their communication is top-notch. They are super easy to work with even though we are on very different time zones. And, I am impressed at the speed and execution of their development.

Infograins has helped us develop our custom software system. Before we signed the contract, we had initial pre-sales meetings, during which I provided them with documentation. We also signed an NDA so that they could look at everything I provided. Then, Infograins came back with an in-depth project proposal of about 50 pages and we signed the contract. As for the technology stack, we're using React.js, Python, and Django to create this software piece. Moreover, our whole backend is hosted in AWS. We're very happy and satisfied with how everything has turned out and with the whole Infograins team. Their willingness to discuss issues, fix problems, and help us with anything we need is great, so I wouldn't want to have developed this product, especially the MVP with anyone else. We engaged TechHub (part of the AgileTech ecosystem) to supply a business analyst with 3-5 years of experience. Instead, we were provided with an intern who had not yet graduated at the time. The identification document presented to us were changed from 2003 to 2000 and the CV showed projects that the intern had never worked on. This resulted in a serious misrepresentation of both experience and identity. I strongly recommend that companies independently verify the qualifications, identity documents and employment history of any candidates supplied by TechHub or related entities. Given what we have experienced, I would also recommend independently verifying some of the other information and claims presented by the group, including their ISO certifications and the claim regarding having more than 200 developers in their website. I believe it would be prudent to confirm these directly with the relevant certification bodies and through appropriate supporting documentation.
