OTS is the worst development company. They're offshore and market themselves as competent coders but just constantly change Project Managers so they can bill you extra for things that were originally agreed upon. The owner Hemant is a bully and incredibly unprofessional. I've paid them 15k and have received absolutely nothing. They went well over budget and didn't even give me half of the scoped services. Whatever you do, do not hire them in any capacity.

The Town of Vail has worked with App Maisters over the past two years to develop a custom app for our green commuting program. We've got one fellow in particular assigned to our account, and we love having him in the building. He's like family. But when he brings in his counterparts to assist with larger projects, it's easy to see that they know their stuff too.Over the years, I've been solicited by a number of different IT companies. All of them want to know why I won't switch and give them a "try out." My reason?TECHNOLOGY IS THE BACKBONE OF OUR SUCCESS. Our network, workstations and security are of paramount importance. I'M NOT GAMBLING WITH THAT.The BNC team is about the best money can buy - and our experience has proven it again and again. Chasing lower "hourly rates" would be akin to stepping over dollars to pick up dimes... Beware of this company. In March 2023 they claimed to have some "billing error" that dated back to July 2021, and they would "audit" and charge what they decided to be needed... despite that I'd been paying what I'd agreed to every month. They came up with the number $267.92 (a lot considering the average monthly was around $35). I tried calling multiple times but never got a person nor a callback from my messages. I also wrote them several emails. Despite my attempts to let them know it isn't right to charge a customer a fee I never agreed to, they charged me anyway and they successfully won the credit card dispute as well.I've since discovered there are many better (and more inexpensive) backup options, so I've moved elsewhere. But anyone considering MMIT should reconsider. Just read the rest of the reviews to realize this isn't a one-off issue.. this is a pattern of behavior. It isn't right, and they know it, but they apparently have no shame about it either.
