They are really nice people, with great skill and they not only talk but actually live the agile approach. Within three days they delivered a first prototype of my app - absolutely amazing!

Great contact with the Pragmatic Coders team. Even though they weren't able to participate in the project, I received very specific and helpful feedback from Wojtek, which really pushed my idea forward. Their professional and friendly approach – I highly recommend them.

I recently had an experience back in 2022 with Apadmi that I feel compelled to share and have debated whether i should post this. As a professional eagerly looking forward to an interview with Apadmi, I was unfortunately met with a series of disappointments.Firstly, the structured process I was initially promised for the interview was not adhered to. This lack of organisation not only threw me off but also made it challenging to present myself effectively and forced to do a presentation in less than 24 hours notice.More concerning, however, was my interaction with the Managing Director, not sure if he is still there. I found his demeanour not just unprofessional but outright rude. This was disheartening, especially coming from a leadership figure in a reputable company. I've actually never been so humiliated in the professional environment. It's important for companies to remember that interviews are a two-way process. They are not just about evaluating candidates, but also about demonstrating the company's values and culture. Unfortunately, my experience with Apadmi fell short of the professional standards one would expect, however i would say Marcus, one of the board members was a delight in my first stage.I hope my feedback is taken constructively, as it is intended to highlight areas where there is significant room for improvement in how Apadmi manages its recruitment process and senior staff interactions.

Apadmi's ability to spin out technology as separate companies is remarkable. A strong supporter of Manchester tech ecosystem, they became unbeatable in mobile category during the first three years of northern tech awards before it adopted a new structure and ownership. Another remarkable achievement is that the four founders have remained together during all these years. I wish them all the best.
