Jamie, the dispatcher was prompt and communicative.I sent my Epson 5040UBE home theater projector to Great Lakes as they are an authorized repair center. After sending it in for a $100 estimate September 12, on October 13 I received word that my barely used $3000 projector was not worth repairing. I requested its return. All in, $180 wasted.But this projector has known issues, according to the blogs.Time for a second opinion from a center in Texas. The same day they received it I was quoted $629 for parts and a flat $100 for labor for the 'simple" fix. It'll be back in 3 days.Lesson learned.

The assistance that FW provided when this issue arose was invaluable. We did not plan well, which led to us needing a network solution so we could proceed with our HVAC installation. I called and FW immediately took time to understand the issue we were facing. David Viktora calculated, then executed, network updates that allowed the project to continue.
