I can't say enough good things about Rapid IT, especially Nicole Choi. I had a highly complex, unusual email issue that even multiple customer service reps (from the provider) couldn't solve. Have had nothing but great support from IntegriCom since we started working with them.Most recently I had an issue with the 'new' Microsoft Outlook email. Not sure what happened on my laptop but it made me reset my Microsoft password and set up Outlook again and then I had issues logging in and having 'denied access' messages. Luckily IntegriCom found the issue that was basically a conflict in my system causing the denied access. Just took giving them control/access of my laptop and I was back up and operational in 10 minutes. So appreciative of their support and responsiveness.

DPC Technology is amazing! I don't know what we would do without them! We started with them almost 13 years ago when our dental practice was just opening! They helped to put us on the right track from the very beginning. They were right there to hold our hand and make sure that our new building was perfect. Not only do they provide the services you would expect from an IT support company (backups, help with equipment when it goes down, etc.) but they also help to grow your business. They have continuing education in their facility all the time. They are a great resource and have helped improve the functions of all aspects of our practice. Dez is amazing!!! Anytime I need help, she is there and knows how to get the job done... quickly... and with a smile.. and maybe even a corny joke. If you are considering working with DPC Technology, I would tell you to just do it. It is a decision you will not regret!

Is it possible to give NEGATIVE STARS?! Completely and utterly useless IT company. If we had to rely on them we’d be out of business. I end up just doing everything myself.Electric AI has been our it vendor for more than a few months and we have under 20 employees. Want something simple done like software updates, or apps installed on your company devices? you have to send them 34 emails and they tell you about how their “I’m sorry this is out of scope, our professional services team will send you an SOW to estimate the work because it’s a complex project.” And then 3 weeks later you get an absurdly complex quote when your project is long past dead. This goes for any simple task!!! What’s included in their monthly prices?We had a MAJOR password leak, and notified them to change passwords, they couldn’t figure out how to change them. They finally Found a manager who came on to tell us they needed to “quote the work.” This is all over slack and email. No way to speak to real people. Weeks later & no passwords changed. Total scam. They have a call center full of incompetent remote workers in South America that will make you BASH YOUR HEAD INTO A WALL. RUN DON’T WALK AWAY FROM THIS CIRCUS 🤡 🎪

They were able to troubleshoot the issue to the best of his ability, verify the company warranty policy and checked with me to set up a time that worked to coordinate a call with the manufacturer. He then only brought me into the call when I needed to be, saving me time and frustration. Overall, it was a super pleasant interaction with IT and we were able to get the computer fixed. They other times I've had to reach out they have been helpful as well.

One of their employees followed my teenage daughter home. Over 10 minutes away while he was on his lunch break, to yell at her how he was pulling out of a spot had a right of way over somebody driving through the parking lot, which is BS. We hired M6IT to redesign our server farm and network infrastructure. They helped us increase our profitability by 30% with automation and strategic IT decisions. They provided amazing expertise when optimizing our network security schema as well as our virtual machines allocation/load balancing structures. Their automation strategy helped increase our team productivity by almost 20% across the board. M6iT is incredibly competent, fast to respond to our inquiries and always incredibly friendly. We started small with a retainer of few hours but soon grew and it was worth every dollar. My worst experience was with SystechCorp Inc consultancy. They promised marketing support, H1B sponsorship, and client placement, but their marketing strategy was abysmal, and they lacked a competent marketing team. They often shifted the blame onto students or employees, and our email communication was not handled properly. I strongly advise against choosing this consultancy based on my personal experience, as they failed to deliver on their promises and were generally unhelpful.I recommend avoiding any verbal communication with this consultancy when it comes to processes like marketing and H1B sponsorship.
