A terrible experience with some of the most vile and unprofessional individuals I've encountered in my career. I began working with Marta, who initially presented herself as knowledgable and intelligent. However, things took a turn when I began to ask questions that she couldn't answer. I was met with vague replies and then, eventually, ignored altogether, which was when I got in touch with Kevin, who I believe is a VP at Logical. Kevin was rude and largely negligent of my issues with LMG's marketing practices. This is a small agency and they function as one that is overwhelmed, inexperienced, and likely not equipped to handle the challenges clients bring. Proceed with caution.

They redid my website, helped with Google ads and started managing my social media. Leads started coming in and I felt like my business was finally getting noticed. They explained everything and gave reports each month so I could see the results. Only downside is it took a few weeks to get rolling but they told me that upfront.
