I hired Radiant Elephant to handle SEO for my Boston Business. I had worked with other SEO agencies, including some of the leading Boston SEO companies in the past and didn't see results. I had pre-created Wix content that needed refactoring into a new proper web site. It needed new design and refactoring of pages. Despite not being familiar with the industry their first attempt was their only attempt as it was overwhelmingly correct. Some tweaks here and there which took them less than a day and done. The design was very good, communication via email was very good. When I say they are responsive I mean they are very responsive. The pricing was also reasonable. Overall the deliverables were first rate.Don't both with free lance workers and don't bother with mega dollar huge factory type web firms. A high degree of pragmatism was applied by JSMT reducing costs and speeding development time all without compromising design and function.

Techcelerant created an absolutely amazing logo for our company. Ariel and Adam maintained constant contact and everybody was incredibly accommodating, making sure we were completely happy with the result. We hired them in April with a contract stating that we would have a completed website in 20-30 days. We paid them $500 upfront, at their insistence. As of October 22nd, we STILL have not received the website. I am a single mother with a disabled child and $500 is a lot of money for me! They don’t care. They (Adam in particular) have completely stopped responding to all attempts of communication, whether it be phone call or email. They STOLE my money. DO NOT HIRE TECHCELERANT. Listen to the other reviews. They will take your money and run, leaving you six months behind schedule and having to start over at square one!!!!

Service quits unexpectedly, then they are difficult to contact and take a long time to fix, with more fees each time. Then trying to get custody of our website from them has taken 6 months to get them to agree and they are charging 1000 to cancel their services. I get in trouble with my boss for all this trouble. I feel scammed.The website was barely up to standards, with non-functional buttons and text that we wanted to have changed and couldn't get it changed. We're a small business and we never asked for this hassle.
