Very busy inbound answering service for mostly law firms & medical/dental practices & small businesses across the country. Modern thinking & policies, diversity of all types warmly welcomed. Lots of work-place activities & hobby groups & even a dedicated studio w/several weekly exercise classes & approved "nap" room w/couch, blanket, pillows & ear plugs. Extremely particular about the wording of the msgs taken, its probable you may have to unlearn a few things picked up in call centers to be aligned with policies here. Pay is the typical low wage but full benefits offered. Huge full kitchen with lots of treats given out often. Located in same directly next door to a Safeway supermarket.

      Very inconsistent on the quality of calls answered and the quality seems to be decreasing. We lost quite a few potential customers in the last week due to "robotic" and emotionless agents who sound like they have no interest in doing their job. When you call in to discuss your business relationship, you find out your relationship manager is whomever answers the phone. Be prepared to discuss everything you expected and implemented when you were sold the plan all over again.

      I would not recommend them unless you like paying for extra services over what it stated in your agreement. I found out they have deviated from my approved template for a long time. They did not have a good reason for why. I am paying $2 a minute for a call agent to ask additional questions over what I have approved. I think we all know why the additional question are being asked. I asked for a credit on my bills since I paid for the additional minutes and surprise!!!, I never heard back from them.

      It is very difficult to work with their integration team. They need people that are smarter. We have been using them for years, and every time we need to make an adjustment to the script integration, it turns into a nightmare. Something I can do in less than 30 minutes turns into 4-12 days of them making mistakes and misunderstanding things. There regular team that makes small adjustment not involving the integration are great. If you need integrations into your CRM it is probably best to find another company.
